to Pick Up Meals
Meal prep orders are submitted by Friday midnight for the week ahead. Pick up your meals conveniently on Monday, anytime between 4:00 and 6:00 pm, at our commercial kitchen 2525 NW Expressway, Suite 106, OKC, OK 73112 or opt for delivery to your home or office on Monday, between 4:00 and 7:00 pm (advance payment required for delivery).

How It Works

Select from ready to eat individual meals(minimum purchase 4 meals) or subscribe to monthly Meal Prep Subscriptions. The Meal Prep Menu changes every two weeks

Place your order online. Orders are due Friday by Midnight. Select pick up or delivery during checkout.

Orders are ready for pick up at the restaurant Monday between
4 & 6 pm or delivered to your home or office, between 4:00 and 7:00 pm. Orders received after the deadline will be processed the following week.
